Symptom / Description

Refrigerator Fan Error is displayed and cold air does not come out of the top of the main duct.

Root Cause

Loose connection (CON12), defective fan motor (connector, frozen, locked), defective main PCB.

Repair Instructions

UNLOCKED

Reconnect CON12. Reset and Enter TEST 1 MODE (check output voltage between pin2 and pin3 of CON12, 12 ~ 16 V). Check feedback voltage (pin1 and pin2 of CON12, 1 ~ 4 V). If abnormal, check fan motor, replace Main PCB.
