Power module communication error
Communication fault between the main control board and one of the induction generator modules.
Try a power reset. If the error persists, there is likely a faulty connection or a failed power module requiring service.

Power module communication error
Communication fault between the main control board and one of the induction generator modules.
Try a power reset. If the error persists, there is likely a faulty connection or a failed power module requiring service.
Philco H: Operational cycle fault detected during Hob / Cooktop program execution.
This is not an error, but an indicator that the glass cooking surface is still hot to the touch after use.
Wait for the 'H' symbol to disappear before cleaning or touching the cooking zone.
Philco I10: Water inlet / filling timeout in Dishwasher; appliance fails to fill to minimum operational level.
The dishwasher is not detecting any water entering the machine. The water tap may be closed, the inlet hose kinked, or the inlet valve filter blocked.
Ensure the water supply is on. Check the inlet hose for kinks. Clean the small filter where the hose connects to the dishwasher.
Philco I20: Water drainage failure detected in Dishwasher; drain pump cannot evacuate water within safety time limit.
The dishwasher is not draining the water. The filters are blocked, the drain hose is kinked, or the drain pump is jammed.
Remove and clean all filters in the bottom of the dishwasher. Check the drain hose for blockages or kinks. Check the drain pump impeller for obstructions.
Leakage / Anti-flood system activated
The safety system in the base of the dishwasher has detected a water leak.
Turn off the water and power supply. The machine will need to be pulled out to find and fix the source of the internal leak.
Philco I44: Water level pressure sensor/switch frequency anomaly detected in Dishwasher.
Fault with the pressure sensor circuit, often caused by blocked filters or a sump issue.
Thoroughly clean all filters and the sump area. If the error persists, the pressure sensor may need to be replaced by a technician.
Philco I50: Motor drive or inverter rotation anomaly in Dishwasher; drum/motor fails to spin at target RPM.
The main circulation (wash) pump motor has a fault, such as an issue with the motor triac on the control board or the motor itself.
Reset the dishwasher by turning it off at the mains. If the error returns, the circulation pump or main PCB requires professional diagnosis and repair.
Philco I60: NTC temperature sensor signal out of range (open or short circuit) in Dishwasher.
The dishwasher is not heating the water, or has overheated. This could be a faulty heating element, NTC sensor, or a wiring issue.
This error usually requires a technician to test the heating circuit components (element, thermostat, sensor) and replace the faulty part.
Philco IC0: Operational cycle fault detected during Dishwasher program execution.
Loss of communication between the main control board and the user interface (display board).
Perform a hard reset by disconnecting the appliance from power for 5 minutes. If this doesn't resolve the issue, a faulty board or connecting wire is likely.
Philco L: Door lock safety interlock fault in Hob / Cooktop; door switch contact fails to close or open.
The control lock or child safety feature is enabled, preventing the hob from being operated.
Press and hold the key or lock symbol for several seconds to deactivate the child lock. Consult the user manual for the specific procedure.
Open sensor circuit (Freezer)
The freezer compartment temperature sensor has an open circuit.
This is equivalent to an E2 error. The sensor and its wiring need to be checked and the sensor likely replaced.
Shorted sensor circuit (Fridge)
The fresh food compartment temperature sensor has a short circuit.
This is equivalent to an E1 error. The faulty sensor needs to be replaced by a technician.
Pyrolytic cleaning cycle stopped
The self-cleaning cycle was interrupted, possibly due to a power failure or another detected fault.
Allow the oven to cool down completely. Once cool, try to restart the cleaning cycle or use the oven normally.
Unsuitable cookware detected
The cookware is not made of a ferromagnetic material, is too small for the cooking zone, or has an uneven base.
Replace the cookware with a pan suitable for induction hobs. Make sure the base of the pan is flat and covers the majority of the cooking zone.
