Symptom / Description

Communication Failure / Communication failure between PCBs.

Root Cause

A disconnection at the PCBs, the hinge, or a defective Main PCB. The appliance has encountered a problem with the communication between the Main PCB and the Display PCB.

Repair Instructions

UNLOCKED

Unplug the appliance and wait for 20 seconds, then restart. Check if the connector at the PCB or hinge room is removed or loose --> re-insert. Check if the connector measures 0 ~ 5 VDC between Orange and Red Connections or Orange and Brown Connections. Replace the assemblies if the problem is not solved.
