Symptom / Description

The door does not open because it is locked. The display shows "Oven not locked".

Root Cause

A door lock produced up to FD9103 had geometry that caused the hook to rub against the door insert, blocking movement. This prevented correct actuation of the microswitches, leading the electronics to detect an incorrect switching position.

Repair Instructions

UNLOCKED

Replace the door lock hook with the new design (from FD 9103) which has a slightly flattened geometry. Use only spare parts as shown in the Quickfinder.
