Error Code E23 Princess

Symptom / Description

The washing machine does not work. No error code is displayed, or error code E23 is displayed instead of error code EF3 (Water Protection System). The washing machine interrupts the current program and starts the safety drain cycle. Water is drained, and the machine stops with the door locked. If the temperature in the drum is too high, water is drained to 2/3 full to reduce the temperature before the door can be opened.

Due to a software error, error code EF3 (in the service test program) and the corresponding error code EF0 (on the display) are not shown.
