Control board (PCB) failure
An internal error has occurred on the main electronic control board.
Try resetting the oven by turning off the mains power for 5-10 minutes. If the error returns, the control board likely needs to be replaced.

Control board (PCB) failure
An internal error has occurred on the main electronic control board.
Try resetting the oven by turning off the mains power for 5-10 minutes. If the error returns, the control board likely needs to be replaced.
Baumatic F3: Cooling circuit or defrost system anomaly in Refrigerator / Freezer; compartment temperature deviation.
The sensor attached to the evaporator coil, which controls the defrost cycle, has failed.
This sensor is located behind the interior panels and requires an engineer to access and replace it.
Communication error between boards
The display board cannot communicate with the main power board due to a loose connection or faulty wiring harness.
Disconnect power and check the ribbon cable and other connections between the electronic modules. Reseat connections firmly.
Baumatic F4: Cooling circuit or defrost system anomaly in Refrigerator / Freezer; compartment temperature deviation.
The heater element that melts ice from the evaporator coil during the defrost cycle has an open circuit.
An engineer needs to test the continuity of the defrost heater and replace it if it has failed.
Baumatic F05: Motor drive or inverter rotation anomaly in Oven / Microwave; drum/motor fails to spin at target RPM.
The motorized door lock is jammed or has failed, often occurring during or after a pyrolytic cleaning cycle.
Allow the oven to cool completely. Reset by turning off the power. If the door remains locked, a manual release or replacement of the lock mechanism is needed.
Door lock fault during pyrolytic cleaning
The motorised door lock has failed to engage or disengage correctly for the high-temperature cleaning cycle.
Cancel the pyrolytic cycle. The door lock motor or microswitch assembly may need to be replaced.
Door remains locked after cooking
The oven is still too hot for the lock to disengage, or the lock mechanism has failed.
Allow the oven to cool down completely for at least an hour. If it still won't open, the lock mechanism will require manual release and repair.
Main board microprocessor error
An internal software or hardware fault has occurred on the main control board (PCB).
Perform a hard reset by turning off the power at the circuit breaker for 30 minutes. If the error returns, the control board must be replaced.
Baumatic H: Operational cycle fault detected during Refrigerator / Freezer program execution.
General high-temperature alarm for either compartment, often after initial startup or loading large amounts of warm food.
This is often normal during initial cool-down. If it appears during normal use, check door seals and minimize opening the door.
Baumatic L: Door lock safety interlock fault in Hob / Cooktop; door switch contact fails to close or open.
The control panel has been locked to prevent accidental operation.
Press and hold the lock symbol or designated button for several seconds until the 'L' disappears.
Baumatic SAFE: Door lock safety interlock fault in Oven / Microwave; door switch contact fails to close or open.
The child safety lock feature has been enabled, disabling oven functions.
Press and hold the designated key (usually marked with a key or 'lock' symbol) for 3-5 seconds to deactivate the lock.
Program has finished or been interrupted
A timed cooking function has ended, or there has been a power interruption.
Press any button or turn the function selector to clear the message and return the oven to standby mode.
