1. Pre-Intervention Electrical Safety Protocols
  • !Electrical Safety Protocol: Disconnect electrical mains plug or trip dedicated circuit breaker before servicing.
  • !Wait at least 5 minutes before opening any casing panels to reset volatile microcontrollers and bleed residual charges.
  • !Operate in a dry workshop environment; never bypass internal electrical thermal cutouts.
3. Preliminary Mechanical & Visual Checks
  • For newly installed washing machines: verify all rear transit shipping bolts and plastic spacers have been completely removed before spin cycle.
  • Check appliance leveling with a spirit level; adjust threaded leveling feet for perfect stability.
  • Check door and lid perimeter rubber gaskets for tears, gaps, or foreign object obstruction.
  • Inspect shock absorbers, suspension springs, and rubber dampers for mechanical fatigue or excessive play.
Perform these diagnostic steps before triggering AI Deep Search or replacing boards.Certified Workshop Routine
