To resolve error code AL04: Disconnect mains power before servicing. Unplug the harness at the main PCB and use a calibrated digital multimeter: measure current draw with clamp meter on heater lead and test thermostat contacts. Inspect contacts for pin oxidation or loose terminals. Replace defective part if out of tolerance, re-energize and clear error: Rotate the mechanical/hybrid timer knob to the Stop symbol. Press the main Power button Off. Hold down the Start/Pause and Spin Speed buttons simultaneously, switch the Power button On, and maintain hold for 4 seconds until the status lamp flashes rapidly. Turn knob to Reset.

Resetting power (unplugging for 5–10 minutes) clears temporary memory errors.
