Heating Element Fault (Defrost)
The defrost heater element is not working.
The evaporator will ice up, blocking airflow and causing poor cooling. The heater needs to be tested and replaced if faulty.
Zephir F05: Motor drive or inverter rotation anomaly in Oven / Microwave; drum/motor fails to spin at target RPM.
The motorized door lock for the self-clean cycle is not working.
Check the door lock mechanism for jamming. The motor or switches within the lock assembly may have failed and require replacement.
Zephir F5: Operational cycle fault detected during Refrigerator / Freezer program execution.
A communication or processing error has occurred on the main electronic control board.
Try performing a hard reset by unplugging the refrigerator for 10 minutes. If the error returns, the main board may need replacement.
Zephir F7: NTC temperature sensor signal out of range (open or short circuit) in Refrigerator / Freezer.
The ambient air temperature sensor for the refrigerator is faulty.
This can affect the refrigerator's ability to adapt to changing room temperatures. The sensor will need to be replaced.
Zephir F8: Motor drive or inverter rotation anomaly in Air Conditioner / Heat Pump; drum/motor fails to spin at target RPM.
The outdoor unit's fan motor is not operating correctly or its speed feedback is missing.
Ensure the fan blade is not blocked by debris. Check the wiring to the fan motor. The fan motor or outdoor board may be faulty.
Zephir H: Operational cycle fault detected during Hob / Cooktop program execution.
Indicates that a cooking zone on the hob is still hot to the touch after being turned off.
This is a safety feature, not an error. Wait for the 'H' to disappear before cleaning or touching the surface.
Zephir H6: Motor drive or inverter rotation anomaly in Air Conditioner / Heat Pump; drum/motor fails to spin at target RPM.
The indoor fan motor is not running or its speed feedback is incorrect.
Check if the fan blade is blocked. Inspect wiring to the fan motor. The motor or indoor control board may be faulty.
Anti-Flood System Activated
A leak has been detected in the base of the dishwasher, activating the flood prevention switch.
Disconnect power and water. Check for the source of the leak (hoses, seals, pump). The base pan needs to be emptied to reset the switch.
Zephir L: Door lock safety interlock fault in Oven / Microwave; door switch contact fails to close or open.
The control panel lock is active on the oven.
Press and hold the lock or designated button combination for several seconds to unlock the controls. Consult the manual if needed.
Inverter Module (IPM) Overheating
The inverter module on the outdoor unit's PCB is overheating due to poor ventilation or component failure.
Ensure the outdoor unit has clear airflow. Clean any debris from the unit. If the error continues, the IPM or main board may need replacement.
Zephir P1: Operational cycle fault detected during Air Conditioner / Heat Pump program execution.
The incoming supply voltage is either too high or too low.
Check the mains power supply voltage. Use a voltage stabilizer if the power grid is unstable.
Compressor Overheating Protection
The top of the compressor has exceeded a safe temperature limit.
Check for low refrigerant, blocked condenser coil, or a failing compressor. Professional service is recommended.
Inverter Compressor Drive Error
There is a fault within the inverter drive circuit for the compressor.
This is a serious fault indicating a problem with the compressor or the outdoor control board. Professional service is required.
Zephir UE: Door lock safety interlock fault in Washing Machine; door switch contact fails to close or open.
The laundry load is unbalanced in the drum, preventing a safe high-speed spin.
Pause the cycle, open the door, and redistribute the clothes evenly in the drum. Remove or add items if necessary. Restart the spin cycle.
