Insufficient water intake
Water supply is off, inlet hose is kinked, or the water inlet valve/filter is blocked.
Ensure the water tap is fully open. Straighten the inlet hose. Clean the filter at the connection point of the hose.
Heating sensor (NTC) error
The NTC temperature sensor is defective or has a wiring issue.
The NTC sensor needs to be tested for correct resistance. If faulty, it must be replaced.
Touch control panel error
A button on the user interface is stuck or the touch panel has failed.
Clean the control panel surface. Disconnect power to reset. If the error persists, the touch control unit may need replacement.
Samet F8: Water/air heating failure in Dishwasher; heating circuit does not reach set temperature.
The heating element has failed.
Test the continuity of the heating element with a multimeter. Replace the element if it is faulty.
Diverter valve position error
The diverter valve, which directs water to the upper or lower spray arms, is jammed or faulty.
Check the diverter valve for blockages. The microswitch or motor on the valve may have failed and require replacement.
Samet FE: Operational cycle fault detected during Dishwasher program execution.
A fault has occurred on the main electronic control board (PCB).
Reset the appliance by disconnecting power for 15 minutes. If the error returns, the control board likely needs replacement.
Samet H: Operational cycle fault detected during Hob / Cooktop program execution.
The cooking zone is still hot to the touch after being turned off.
This is a safety feature, not an error. Do not touch the cooking zone until the 'H' disappears.
Water turbidity sensor error
The sensor that measures how dirty the water is (turbidity sensor) has failed.
The program can still run but may use more water and energy than necessary. The sensor needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Samet PF: Operational cycle fault detected during Refrigerator / Freezer program execution.
The appliance experienced an interruption in the power supply during a cycle.
This is an indicator, not an error. Press the start button to resume the cycle or cancel to start a new one.
Oven is in safety lock mode
The child lock feature has been activated, or the oven has entered a safe mode after a power failure during a cycle.
Consult the user manual to deactivate the child lock (usually by pressing and holding a specific button). For post-power failure, try selecting 'Off' and then re-selecting a function.
System running continuously
Indicates a potential refrigerant leak, inefficient compressor, or a door left ajar for an extended period.
Ensure doors are sealed properly. If the refrigerator runs constantly without cooling effectively, it requires a technician to check the sealed system.
