Dishes are not being cleaned properly and are wet; water is cold.
The heating element has failed.
Test the heating element for continuity using a multimeter. If there is no continuity, the heater needs to be replaced.
Poor wash results; water not spraying from all arms.
The diverter valve, which directs water to the upper or lower spray arms, is faulty or jammed.
Inspect the diverter valve and its motor for correct operation. It may need to be cleaned or replaced.
Oven shows error and may not function.
Main control board error, often related to power supply issues on the board itself.
Perform a hard reset by turning off power for 30 minutes. If the fault persists, the main board requires diagnosis and likely replacement by a technician.
Washer-dryer is not drying clothes.
Dryer NTC (temperature sensor) fault.
The NTC sensor located on the dryer heating element assembly needs to be tested and likely replaced.
The dishwasher is unresponsive or behaves erratically.
A fault has occurred on the main electronic control board (ECU).
Attempt a hard reset by turning off the power at the circuit breaker for 15 minutes. If the error persists, the control board likely needs to be replaced.
An 'H' remains on the display for a cooking zone after it has been turned off.
This is the residual heat indicator, warning that the glass surface of the cooking zone is still hot to the touch.
This is a normal safety feature. Do not touch the cooking zone until the 'H' disappears. No action is required.
Water not draining from the dishwasher.
This is a drain fault, identical to code F2. It can be caused by blocked filters, a kinked drain hose, or a faulty drain pump.
Clean all filters in the bottom of the dishwasher. Check the full length of the drain hose for blockages or sharp bends. Ensure the drain pump is not jammed.
Dishwasher stops, may continuously try to drain.
Anti-flood system has been activated due to a leak. This is the same as an F1 error.
Disconnect from power. Tilt the appliance to drain the base and reset the float switch. Locate and fix the source of the leak before resuming use.
The hob controls are unresponsive and 'L' is displayed.
The child lock feature is activated.
Deactivate the child lock by pressing and holding the lock symbol or the specific key combination as described in the user manual.
Oven controls are locked and do not respond.
The child safety lock feature has been activated.
Press and hold the designated key or combination of keys (often a key or clock symbol) for several seconds to deactivate the child lock. Refer to the user manual.
A light or 'SF' is displayed; compressor runs continuously.
Super Freeze or Fast Freeze mode has been activated.
This is a user-selected function to rapidly freeze fresh food. It is not an error. The mode will typically deactivate automatically after 24-48 hours, or can be turned off manually.
The word 'STOP' is flashing on the display.
This typically occurs during or after a pyrolytic self-cleaning cycle, indicating the oven temperature is still too high for the door to be safely unlocked.
Wait for the oven to cool down completely. The 'STOP' message will disappear and the door will unlock automatically.
Hob shows error and does not work.
The hob has detected an incorrect or fluctuating mains voltage.
Have a qualified electrician verify the hob has been connected correctly to the appropriate power supply phase and that the voltage is stable.
The temperature display is flashing and an alarm may be sounding.
The internal temperature of the fridge or freezer is too high. This can happen after a power outage, initial startup, or due to a cooling system fault.
Press the alarm reset button. Allow several hours for the appliance to reach the set temperature. If it continues to flash, check door seals and investigate for a cooling system failure.
