Communication error between control boards.
A communication failure has occurred between the main control board and the sub-PBA or display board.
Power cycle the machine by unplugging it for 5 minutes. If the error returns, a technician is needed.
Samsung BE2: Operational cycle fault detected during Dishwasher program execution.
A button on the control panel has been pressed continuously for more than 30 seconds or is jammed.
Gently press each button on the control panel to try and release the stuck key. Power cycle the unit if necessary.
Door locking mechanism fault.

The convection fan motor is not operating correctly or is blocked.
Service is required to inspect or replace the convection fan assembly.
Oven temperature sensor error.
The oven's temperature sensor (thermistor) is open or shorted, preventing accurate temperature readings.
The oven will not heat. Requires a service technician to test and replace the temperature sensor.
Samsung DC: Door lock safety interlock fault in Washing Machine; door switch contact fails to close or open.
The door is not closed properly, or the door lock mechanism has failed. Laundry may be caught in the door.
Open and close the door firmly. Ensure no clothing is trapped. If the error persists, the lock may need service.
Samsung DF: Operational cycle fault detected during Tumble Dryer program execution.
Component fatigue, sensor feedback out of tolerance, wiring harness connector discontinuity, or electronic control board glitch.
Test door switch continuity. PRO TIP: 'Flow Sense' or restricted airflow errors mean you must clean the vent — this is the #1 fire hazard.
Door not locked properly.
Defective PTC Heater Pellet / Pulse Solenoid / Microswitch Contacts, open/short circuit in the wiring harness, or faulty connector on the door lock mechanism & safety interlock.
Check door latch, lock assembly, and hinges. PRO TIP: We see more clogged pump filters than any other single issue. Takes 5 minutes to clean and saves a $149 service call.
Door open alarm triggered (appliance door left ajar or reed switch fault)
Indicates that one of the refrigerator doors has been left open for an extended period.
This is a user reminder, not an error. Close all refrigerator and freezer doors completely.
The error code is likely a misreading of '3E', which indicates the drum will not spin correctly or at all.
The root cause is a motor-related issue, such as an overloaded drum, a faulty motor, a failed hall sensor, loose wiring, or a defective main control board (PBA).
First, reduce the laundry load. If the error persists, unplug the machine and check the wiring connections at the motor and hall sensor. If connections are secure, the motor, hall sensor, or main control board may need to be tested and replaced.
Cooktop overheat protection.
The internal components of the induction hob have overheated.
Ensure cookware is appropriate and ventilation slots are not blocked. Allow the hob to cool down completely. If it repeats, service is needed.
Samsung F-1: Operational cycle fault detected during Oven / Microwave program execution.
Internal communication error or failure on the main electronic control board (PBA).
Reset the oven by turning off its circuit breaker for 5 minutes. If the error returns, the control board will likely need to be replaced by a technician.
Samsung F-3: Water/air heating failure in Oven / Microwave; heating circuit does not reach set temperature.
This is a critical safety error, possibly caused by a stuck relay on the control board or a faulty sensor.
Disconnect the oven from power immediately and contact a qualified service technician. Do not attempt to use the oven.
Power supply frequency error.
Defective PCB Power Supply Rails & DC Bus Filter Capacitors, open/short circuit in the wiring harness, or faulty connector on the electronic control board (pcb) & bus communications.
Check house power supply or replace main control board. PRO TIP: 'Flow Sense' or restricted airflow errors mean you must clean the vent — this is the #1 fire hazard.
Samsung H: Operational cycle fault detected during Hob / Cooktop program execution.
The glass surface of a cooking zone is still hot to the touch after being turned off.
This is a safety warning, not an error. Do not touch the surface until the 'H' indicator disappears.
Samsung HC: NTC temperature sensor signal out of range (open or short circuit) in Tumble Dryer.
Fault with the main water heater element or related temperature sensors.
Check heater element and thermal cutoffs. PRO TIP: 'Flow Sense' or restricted airflow errors mean you must clean the vent — this is the #1 fire hazard.
High internal temperature.
The inside of the drum is too hot to safely run the selected cycle or for the door to be unlocked.
This is not an error. Wait for the machine to cool down naturally. The message will disappear.
Samsung L: Door lock safety interlock fault in Hob / Cooktop; door switch contact fails to close or open.
The child lock feature has been activated, disabling all controls.
This is a feature, not an error. Press and hold the lock icon/button for 3 seconds to deactivate the control lock.
Samsung LC: Water level pressure sensor/switch frequency anomaly detected in Washing Machine.
The leak sensor at the bottom of the dishwasher has detected moisture.
Check door boot seal, hoses, and water level pressure switch. PRO TIP: We see more clogged pump filters than any other single issue. Takes 5 minutes to clean and saves a $149 service call.
Samsung LC1: Water drainage failure detected in Washing Machine; drain pump cannot evacuate water within safety time limit.
A leak has been detected in the base of the machine. Loose hose connection or internal leak.
Disconnect from power and water supply immediately. Check drain hose and water inlet connections. May require service.
