Oven overheating or not heating correctly
The oven temperature sensor (NTC probe) has a short circuit.
Test the resistance of the temperature sensor. If it shows zero or a very low reading, it has shorted and must be replaced.
Oven has shut down, possibly during self-clean
Overheating has been detected by the safety thermostat or control board.
Allow the oven to cool down completely. Check that the cooling fan is operating correctly. If the error persists, the safety thermostat or main board may be faulty.
Oven is unresponsive or display is erratic
Communication error between the main power board and the user interface/display board.
Disconnect the oven from the power supply for a few minutes to reset it. If the error returns, check the wiring harness between the two control boards for damage or loose connections.
Oven door will not lock or unlock
A fault has been detected with the door locking mechanism or the switch that senses the lock's position.
Check for any physical obstruction in the door lock. The door lock motor or microswitch may have failed and will require testing and replacement.
Hob not working, multiple zones may be affected
Communication error between the user interface and the power module, or a fault within the power module itself.
Power cycle the hob by turning it off at the circuit breaker for 5 minutes. If the fault returns, it indicates a hardware failure in one of the boards, requiring professional service.
Oven overheats or doesn't cool down after use
The cooling fan is not working correctly.
Check if the cooling fan is physically blocked. Test the fan motor and its wiring. Replace the fan motor if it has failed.
The hob controls are not responding
The child lock feature is activated, disabling the controls.
Press and hold the lock key (often marked with a key or 'L' symbol) for several seconds until the light goes out and the hob beeps. Refer to the user manual for the exact procedure.
STOP message displayed, often during pyrolytic cleaning
The required conditions for a function (like self-cleaning) are not met. This is usually due to the door not being properly locked.
Ensure the oven door is fully closed and the lock has engaged. If the door is locked and the error persists, there may be a fault with the door lock switch.
A cooking zone is flashing 'U' and not heating
No pan is detected, or the pan is unsuitable for induction cooking (e.g., not magnetic, too small, or not centered).
Ensure you are using a pan with a magnetic base. Check that the pan is centered correctly on the cooking zone and is large enough for that zone.
