Anti-Flood Device Activated
Water has leaked into the base tray of the dishwasher, activating the flood protection switch.
Disconnect power. Carefully tip the dishwasher forward to drain water from the base. Identify and repair the source of the leak (e.g., hose, seal, pump).
Rosieres E02: Water inlet / filling timeout in Washing Machine; appliance fails to fill to minimum operational level.
The machine is not filling with water within the expected time. This could be due to a closed water tap, a kinked inlet hose, a blocked filter in the inlet valve, or a faulty water inlet valve.
Ensure the water supply is on and pressure is adequate. Check the inlet hose for kinks and blockages. Clean the filter in the inlet valve. If the issue persists, test and replace the inlet valve.
Touch Control Panel Fault
A button is detected as being permanently pressed. This is often caused by liquid, food debris, or an object sitting on the control panel.
Thoroughly clean and dry the glass surface over the touch controls. If the error persists, the touch control board may be faulty.
Rosieres E03: Water drainage failure detected in Washing Machine; drain pump cannot evacuate water within safety time limit.
The machine is not draining water correctly. The drain pump filter is blocked, the drain pump is faulty, or the drain hose is blocked or kinked.
Check and clean the drain pump filter. Inspect the drain hose for any obstructions or kinks. Check if the drain pump impeller turns freely. If blocked or faulty, replace the pump.
Rosieres E3: NTC temperature sensor signal out of range (open or short circuit) in Dishwasher.
The water is not reaching the target temperature in the allotted time. The heating element, NTC sensor, or main board relay could be faulty.
Test the heating element for continuity. Check the NTC temperature sensor for correct resistance. If both are good, the fault is likely on the main control board.
Anti-Flood Activated / Overfill
Too much water has entered the drum, or a leak has been detected in the base. This is often caused by a faulty pressure switch or a stuck water inlet valve.
Check the pressure switch and the hose connected to it for blockages. Inspect the water inlet valve to ensure it is closing properly. Check for any leaks underneath the machine.
Rosieres E4: Water level pressure sensor/switch frequency anomaly detected in Dishwasher.
The dishwasher has filled with too much water. The pressure sensor is faulty or the water inlet valve is stuck open.
Check the pressure sensor and its connecting tube for blockages. Test the water inlet valve to ensure it shuts off correctly when power is removed.
NTC Temperature Sensor Fault
The water temperature sensor (NTC) is providing an incorrect reading, is open circuit, or short-circuited. This could be the sensor itself or the wiring to it.
Test the NTC sensor with a multimeter for the correct resistance (typically around 20k Ohms at room temperature). Check the wiring. Replace the sensor if faulty.
Temperature Sensor (NTC) Fault
The NTC sensor is giving an out-of-range reading (open or short circuit).
Locate the NTC sensor and test its resistance with a multimeter. Replace the sensor if the reading is incorrect.
Control Board Fault or Unbalanced Load
This error can indicate a fault on the main control board (PCB) or a severely unbalanced load that the machine cannot correct.
First, try redistributing the laundry load and restarting the spin cycle. If the error persists, it likely indicates a fault with the main electronic control module.
Rosieres E6: Operational cycle fault detected during Dishwasher program execution.
The main electronic control module has detected an internal error.
Try resetting the dishwasher by turning off the power for 10 minutes. If the error returns, the main control board needs to be replaced.
Motor Fault / Jammed Motor
The motor is jammed, or the motor's tacho sensor is faulty, preventing the motor from turning correctly.
Check if the drum can be turned by hand. Inspect the motor, its carbon brushes (if applicable), and the wiring to the tacho sensor. Replace brushes or motor if necessary.
Circulation Pump / Wash Motor Fault
The main wash motor (circulation pump) is blocked, has failed, or its capacitor has failed.
Check the pump for any blockages like glass or pips. Check the wiring and test the motor's start capacitor if it has one. The pump may need to be replaced.
Rosieres E08: Motor drive or inverter rotation anomaly in Washing Machine; drum/motor fails to spin at target RPM.
The motor's speed sensor (tacho) is not sending a correct signal to the control board. This could be a faulty sensor, loose magnet, or bad wiring.
Inspect the motor tacho coil and its connections. Ensure the magnet on the motor shaft is secure. The tacho coil may need to be replaced.
Rosieres E8: Water level pressure sensor/switch frequency anomaly detected in Dishwasher.
Water is not being pumped out of the dishwasher. The filters are blocked, the drain hose is kinked, or the drain pump has failed.
Clean all filters inside the dishwasher. Check the drain hose for blockages and ensure it's not too low. Inspect and test the drain pump.
Rosieres E09: Motor drive or inverter rotation anomaly in Washing Machine; drum/motor fails to spin at target RPM.
The electronic component (triac) that controls the motor on the main PCB has failed (short circuit).
This fault requires the replacement of the main control board (PCB) as the triac is typically not a user-serviceable part.
Drum Sensor or Selector Fault
On some models, this indicates a fault with the drum sensor or the program selector switch.
Check the connections to the program selector switch and any drum position sensors if fitted. The selector switch may need replacement.
Dryer Sensor Open Circuit
On a washer-dryer, the drying sensor is faulty or its wiring is disconnected.
Check the wiring to the dryer NTC sensor. Test the sensor for correct resistance and replace if it's open circuit.
Rosieres E12: Operational cycle fault detected during Washer Dryer program execution.
There is a communication failure between the main control board and the display board.
Check the wiring harness and connectors between the two electronic boards for loose or damaged connections.
Rosieres E13: Operational cycle fault detected during Washer Dryer program execution.
The main control board (PCB) has a general failure.
Check all connections to the board. If connections are secure, the main control board will likely need to be replaced.
Rosieres E14: NTC temperature sensor signal out of range (open or short circuit) in Washer Dryer.
The machine is unable to heat the water. This can be a faulty heating element, a faulty NTC sensor, or a fault on the main PCB.
Test the heating element for continuity and resistance. Test the NTC sensor. If both are okay, the fault lies with the main control board.
PCB Memory/Programming Fault
The control board's memory chip is corrupt or the board has not been programmed correctly for the specific appliance model.
The control board needs to be reprogrammed by a qualified technician or replaced with a correctly pre-programmed module.
Heating Element Short Circuit
The insulation on the heating element has failed, causing a short circuit. This will often trip the household circuit breaker.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains. Test the heating element for a short to earth. If faulty, the element must be replaced.
Motor Tacho Signal Incorrect
The signal being generated by the motor's speed sensor is out of the expected range or unstable.
Check wiring to the motor tacho. Ensure the tacho magnet is secure on the motor shaft. The motor may need replacement.
Incorrect PCB Configuration
The main control board (PCB) installed is not the correct one for the appliance model, or its configuration data is wrong.
Verify the part number of the PCB is correct for the model. The board may need to be replaced with the correct one or re-programmed.
Configuration Error (EEPROM)
The oven's main board memory (EEPROM) is corrupt or not configured for the specific oven model.
